Hamlet (1996)
Apr. 12th, 2019 07:45 pmSo I was watching the 4-hour Kenneth Branagh Hamlet film (as one does), and I noticed something! At the end of Act 1, Hamlet says "There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, Than are dreamt of in our philosophy." In most versions of the text he says "your philosophy." The best explanation I could find online is that the "our" variant was only in the quarto 2 version of Hamlet.
I'm geeking out! This is so cute!
